Marie: Owner and Lead Therapist
Speciality: Sports Massage, mobilisation, strengthening and Taping
About me: I have been qualified in sports massage since 2014. Being able to help people have a better quality of life is the most important part of what I do.
Your mind plays a big part in how your body responds to pain, treatment and your recovery. It is also a field I really enjoy learning more about. I have worked with people of various ages, and with a wide variety of issues. Progress is important and if I feel this isn’t being achieved we will reassess your treatment.

My favourite areas to work on are calves, quads and back with the goal of improving a person’s enjoyment of life, sporting or non sporting.

LAURYN:
Specialities: Sports massage
I recently graduated from university, studying Sport and Exercise science. Alongside gaining my degree, I gained my Level 3 Personal Training qualification and my Level 3 Sports Massage qualification. I started massaging in September 2024 because I wanted to allow fellow gym goers (and non-gym goers) to relieve some of their aches and pains and make training (and life) better for them. I don’t currently have a speciality in massage but will be starting my pre and post natal personal training course soon.

Jan-Marie:
Specialities: Kinesiology
I became interested in an Eastern / holistic approach to health many years ago whilst working as a Staff Nurse, noticing the considerable shortfall with many chronic issues left by classical Western Medicine. In 2010 I became a private practitioner and now focus primarily on Kinesiology.
Kinesiology is safe and effective for people of all ages. Common complaints that I work effectively with are allergies, hormonal imbalance, sleep issues, digestive disorders, anxiety, alignment issues, pelvic muscle and organ prolapse, pain, migraine, inflammation, autoimmune and immune issues (and many more).
