There is a big push this month for all of us to get on up and out of our seats!Especially those of us doing office-based jobs, if you spend your days sitting working at a desk ensure you make time to get up and walk around and move. Now is the best time to start a new habit. You can fidget in your seat, or work with a standing desk, but the best thing to do is get up and walk around whether it’s to get a drink or some food or to just go for a walk down the garden, around the block, perhaps even up and down the stairs a few times. It all helps! The diagram below shares just some of the benefits of walking.
