With March hosting International Women’s Day and Mothers Day, let’s make sure we appreciate and celebrate all the wonderful women in our lives. And remember it doesn’t have to only be on specific days either!
Sleep 😴
With much of the treatment carried out in the clinic, there is sometimes an element of relaxation that aims to help people sleep better. This can be from helping people that are extremely tense to relax or to help alleviate pain which can help improve sleep quality. I have recently been talking with James, a sleep expert and also trying out a new pillow, which I must say has made a huge difference to my sleep. I have a webinar set up with James for Tuesday 22nd March at 6 pm.The Zoom details are as follows:https://us06web.zoom.us/j/2650393041Meeting ID: 265 039 3041James has offered up his time to come and talk with you and answer any questions you may have around sleep and the best ways to sleep, so please come along and see what James has to say. Although it may seem obvious that we need sleep, many people overlook the real benefit it has on our wellbeing and our ability to achieve our best on a daily basis. Here are just some of the ways sleep can help your wellbeing:Can improve your memory Can curb inflammation Improves attentiveness Improves athletic performance Reduces stressHelps your immune system Promotes muscle growth
